Balanced Diet

A diet consisting of a variety of different types of food and providing adequate amounts of the nutrients necessary for good health is called balanced diet. To get the proper nutrition from diet, one should consume the majority of his/her daily calories in: fresh fruits. fresh vegetables. whole grains.

Here is my balanced diet plan on a regular day:
